Safety and Product-Performance Elements of Concern for Manufacturer

The monitoring activity, believed to be the first in this industry, is a direct result of Colson clients receiving counterfeit materials from import providers.

“One of our field personnel spotted our wheels attached to counterfeit forks,” said David Long, product manager of Colson. “The product had been represented to the end-user as a complete Colson caster model. Our products are used in critical applications where product failure could be dangerous and costly, so we created this reference guide to protect our customers and our business.”
