Robust New Empty Pallet Infeed Systems from Westfalia Technologies
Pallet Dispenser Holds Up to 15 Pallets at a Time – Dispensing 120 pallets/hour

www.WestfaliaUSA.com) has introduced its durable empty pallet handling systems for use in preparing pallets for robotic palletizing, layer-forming palletizing or hand palletizing. Constructed with heavy duty components and a powder-coated finish for long-lasting protection, the new empty pallet systems can handle more pallets, faster.
Westfalia’s empty pallet system has three elements: an Electric Pallet Dispenser, a Slip Sheet Dispenser and a Chain-Driven Live Roller (CDLR) Conveyor. The Model 904 Electric Pallet Dispenser and Model 910 Slipsheet Dispenser both dispense two pallets/minute (120 pallets/hour) and require electrical power of 230/460 VAC. Offering a maximum load weight of 1000 pounds and 15 pallets capacity on the pallet dispenser, these resilient machines help keep palletizing operations running quickly and smoothly.
Westfalia’s Model 929 Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor runs on the same motor electrical requirements and can handle loads up to 3500 pounds. The CDLR has a standard speed of 40 feet per minute and can easily accommodate the Pallet Dispenser’s and Slip Sheet Dispenser’s throughput. Both the frame and supports, constructed from heavy duty 7 gauge formed steel channel, are built to last.
With on site manufacturing and design, Westfalia offers a degree of flexibility often needed for specialty pallet conveyor systems. Key features of their equipment include:
