COLSON CASTER ADDS OSBORN AND CALIGIURI TO MANAGEMENT TEAM

Operations and Engineering Positions Filled

NORTHEAST ARKANSAS – Colson Caster Corporation, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of standard and custom application caster and wheel products, has announced two new appointments to its executive operations and engineering staff. Kevin Osborn has been selected as the company’s new Director of Operations and Vince Caligiuri assumes the Lead Quality Engineer position.

“As our business grows globally, adherence to industry standards and strategic operations management become more and more critical,” said Chuck Bub, general manager of Colson. “We are fortunate to have found two experts in each of these areas to help guide and manage our business and its requirements.”

With more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, Osborn will plan, organize, and direct Colson’s manufacturing, quality, and maintenance programs and processes. Before coming to Colson he held management positions with Paragould-based LA Darling Company, and Michigan’s L&S Products. Osborn holds a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and earned his MBA at Arkansas State University.

Caligiuri will assume responsibility for adherence to industry standard programs and manufacturing and engineering requirements. Working closely with Colson technicians and engineers, he will also monitor the company’s quality programs and processes. Prior to joining Colson, Caligiuri worked for SIS, Lear Corp. and La-Z-Boy companies in the Midwest. He also serviced several firms as an independent industry consultant. Caligiuri has received certification from ASQC and ISO quality programs, and received a Bachelors Degree in Operations Analysis & Statistics from the University of Toledo in Ohio.
